 This
device cleans dirt from fabrics using high-pressure water (100kg/cm2)
during operation. In addition, it removes residual water droplets
from the canvas using compressed air, The cleaner supports both
intermittent operation and continuous operation depending on
the condition of the fabric. It is designed to maintain a speed
of up to 1000m/min. Maruishi has much experience from its numerous
installation experiences. |

Maruishi installed a new dryer canvas on the bottom side of the 4th group to measure permeability. The result indicated 430 CFM.
We measured this canvas after 10 months, permeability declined to 130 CFM.
This is the 30% level compared to the figures shown when
canvas was new. We installed the palm jet on the canvas
and used twice a day for 30 minutes. |

This system not only cleans up soiled canvas but also
prevents dirt from operations from accumulating during
