imageThe vacuum lifter uses vacuum to handle rolls Thereby to avoid any damage to the rolls.
When compared to conventional methods using cranes for storage, the overall cost becomes significantly less.
The system also requires much less storage space.
It can handle 30 rolls per hour.
Roll suction can stand up to 60 minutes after the power is interrupted.

Rolls that are stored in the storage by conveyer are lifted vertically by the up-ender and then sent to platform conveyer.
Rolls to be stored in the storage are lifted vertically from horizontal conveyer by the up-ender and then sent to plant conveyer.

It handles rolls of different diameters by vacuum system and prevents dimension: 75- 150 mm on both the ends and side of the rolls.
There is no distortion of the roll diameter.
