Pulp dewatering equipment, Twin wire system with width 3,2 m and capacity 400ton/day is about to complete assembly at Maruishi factory. They are scheduled to deliver at the beginning of 2007.
Stock inlet is closed system and twin wire system is used for dewatering section for efficient dewatering process. New high press section with 2 step press with the latest layboy and cutting unit are used for cutting section. In addition to pallet stacking, pulp baling line automatically wraps wet bale, wiring by tying machine and tying multiple stacked bales by Unityer.
Pulp dryness of wet warp is 48%. |
