Maruishi Machine FAT and Delivery to Jiangsu Oji Paper Co., Ltd

On November 18th, 2009, Maruishi successfully carried out the FAT (factory acceptance test) for 5 sets of ream wrapping machines and 1 set of shrink wrapping machine at Maruishi head office factory in the presence of Oji Paper representatives. Thus, with the customer’s approval, these machines are ready to be delivered to Jiangsu Oji Paper Co., Ltd in China.

Maruishi Ream warping machine is one of the best selling machines around the world. Since it was first developed in1977, totally 166 machines have been delivered at home and abroad.

In particular, Oji Paper is a loyal customer for Maruishi ream wrapping machines with many repeated orders from 1984. Totally, 36 sets of Maruishi ream wrapping machines have been delivered to different Oji Paper mills in Japan.

This year, Maruishi delivered 11 ream wrapping machines to Japanese and Chinese customers, including these 5 machines to Oji Paper, Nantong mill in China.

For many years, Maruishi ream wrapping machine has enjoyed good market reputation for its reliability, high capacity and tight wrapping quality in the paper industry.

Skid Shrink Packing Machine

Including this machine to Oji Paper, Nantong mill, Maruishi already delivered11 sets of skid packing machines all over the world. As the first delivery of such machines to a Japanese customer, Maruishi expects other Japanese customers to follow Oji Paper to order more of such machines.

The skid shrink packing machine consists of centering unit, top film feeding, film wrapping (girth wrapping) and shrink oven, cooling press, top sheet feeding unit, (new development under the patent application), top plate adjustment unit (under the patent application ), labeler, and banding machine, capacity 50-70 skids/hr. with very tight wrapping and fully automatic operation.
 
Special features: High speed pallet packing machine by recyclable PE shrink film for moisture protection. Most tight packing is achieved by special curtain system and special heating oven, which eliminates the necessity of banding machines. (Banding machines are optional according to the shipping requirement of endusers).

Also, it can reduce the production cost by 20-40% compared with the stretch-film wrapping machines. Newly developed top sheet feeding unit, (under the patent application) and top sheet adjustment unit  (under the patent application) can move the top sheet within +/- 1.00mm。
