Maruishi delivered a new sheet counting and laser marking to Oji Paper Yonago Mill. As the first machine in Japan, it’s a 6 axial robotic system with special camera for sheet counting and laser marker for ream marking. The computer calculates the numbers of paper/board sheets taken by camera, then the laser marker marks each ream.
Non contact sheet counting and laser marking ensure fully automatic and high-speed operation. This new ream marking technology totally replaces ink marker or ream inserters. So, it can save inserter material costs and also eliminate any troubles associated with inserters.
