Maruishi just delivered a new folio sheeter to Kishu Paper. It is the second Bielomatik-Jagenberg sheeter manufactured by Maruishi in Japan.
Before delivery, actual load test at 300m/min was carried out after machine assembly inside Maruishi workshop. Machine width is 2250mm. New speed wind type is used for fully automatic chucking on 8 unwind stands. Swing roll transportation cart developed by Maruishi completes 100% automatic chucking. 8 rotary decurlers are installed. Disc type knives are used for both top and bottom slitters. Speed for each knife can be adjusted with special sectional drive. As the latest technology, Cutting Knife is designed as AC direct drive for cutting speed 400m/min. So-called Speed Piler is a single piler with non-reject during pile change.
Empty pallet magazine feeds pallets automatically. Ink marker is used for marking.
