Maruishi received an order from Sun Paper for two ream wrapping
machines and one skid packing machine that are intended for
Sun Paper PM19 (900 ton/day) project for coated paper, offset
paper and dictionary paper production.
The ream wrapping machine design is identical to Maruishi
previous deliveries to StoraEsno Suzhou and Rizhao, Shandong
China. With this new order, Maruishi ream wrapping machine
deliveries reached 128 units.
After the operator feeds a ream into the wrapping machine
by 100mm, the automatic pincer-type cramp will take the ream
automatically into the machine for further wrapping. Therefore,
the operator can feed the large amount of reams, very easily
and quickly.
Special ream cramping unit and vacuum wrapping-aid device
ensures the best wrapping quality. Clear mechanical design
and minimum moving parts mean easier and less maintenance.
Moreover, high automation technology is another guarantee
for fast and tight wrapping.
Skid Packing Machine, which uses curtain-type shrink film
for girth wrapping, can wrap 60 pallets/hour. The film thickness
is usually 130 micron. After wrapping process, the skid will
go into a special heating oven (180oC) to shrink wrapping
film for tight packing.
Compared with Spiral Stretch-film Wrapping System or Hood
Shrink-film System, this machine is more economical for production,
because this machine can pack skids so tightly that many customers
just ship out wrapped skids without bands. Thus, wrapping
cost is dramatically reduced.
Maruishi can provide skid wrapping machines with capacity
up to 80 pallets/ hour, even 120 pallets/hour, based on different
designs.
