Maruishi purchased all the technical know-how for Italian Pizzolato sheeters, thus Maruishi will officially start its design, manufacture and sales of the high-speed synchro folio sheeter formerly manufactured by Pizzolato. Maruishi will exclusively produce and sell such sheeters not only in Japan but also all over the world.
Maruishi will offer two different types of sheeters;
- high speed type, speed 350m/min, machine width 1.8 - 2.6 m,
- Medium speed machine for converting plants with machine width 1.0 – 1.8 m, speed 250 m/min.
Along with sheeters, Maruishi provides two different type of cutting units which are Full Synchro Folio Sheeter and Semi-Synchro Folio Sheeter for electronic direct drive, suitable for light paper and also board paper cutting.
Maruishi has been manufacturing Bielomatik-jagenberg Folio sheeters under the license agreement for the last 20 years. Maruishi will exclusively start to manufacture and sell Maruishi-Pizzolato sheeters in addition to our licensed Bielomatik-Jagenberg sheeters in the Japanese domestic market.
