Maruishi has completed the renewed license agreement with Cellwood Sweden, to sell Krima Dispersion system on the Japanese market.
Up to 12 years from 1988 to 2001, Maruishi manufactured Dispersion System including Screw Press with Cellwood license, and sold them to South Eastern Asian market.
After the previous license contract expired, such machines were sold through Fiber tech. It was until June 2007 that a new license agreement was signed and Maruishi regained from Cellwood the exclusive right to sell Dispersion Systems in Japan.
Krima Dispersion system is a long-time best selling machine which has 461 deliveries until now, 25 sets of which are currently installed in Japan.
The core technology of hot dispersion is to heat the valve to 115 degree and disperse pulp with high-efficiency disc type disperser. As an option, disc gap can be set by 1/100mm. In addition, special disc type disperser operating over 100 degree can achieve high quality dispersion as well as enormous energy saving. Pulp temperature can be set from 90 – 120 degree. Bleaching can be simultaneously carried out using FAS.
