Two wrapping machines were delivered to Nine Dragons Paper
Industries Co., Ltd. (Southern part of Guangdong Province,
China) according to our planned schedule. The total production
line includes Stock Preparation, Paper Machine and Finishing
Line, for 1220ton/day white board PM4 production.
Maruishi Co., Ltd. delivered high-speed stretch-film wrapping
machine is designed for moisture protection. The capacity
of this machine is 80 rolls/hour, with max. roll diameter
2100mm and max. weight 7 tons. 50-70 micron film can be used
and this machine can also be used for finished roll wrapping.
The wrinkle-free tight wrapping is achieved by big film feeding
angle and turn rolls for heavy load.
The capacity of Kraft roll wrapping machine is also 80 rolls/hr,
with 2 wrapping stations. The first station attaches inner
head with side holding during girth wrapping. The second station
inserts PE-laminated kraft outer head glued by PE heat sealing.
Therefore, girth-wrapping seal is very tight and easy for
vertical stacking. However, the outstanding feature of this
machine is its ability to achieve tight wrapping at girth
wrapping without wrinkles, by using patented vacuum box to
create tension to wrapper during wrapping. Unreel wrapper
stand adopts floor-setting shaftless design, which is easy
to handle.
This machine design can be integrated for film-and-kraft
combination wrapping system, with film used for underlayer
wrapping and kraft paper for outer wrapping. This combination
system can help end-users to recycle film and kraft paper
separately, which is more economical for production and ecological
to society.
