Manufacturing Core Strippers from April 1991 and Roll Cutters from June 2007, Maruishi has just signed the license agreement for manufacturing and sales in Japan with Core link AB, Sweden for 3 new products, CLICS, Core Groover and Core Recycle System.
【CLICS】
CLICS was approved with the patent in April 2007 and registered trademark in May 2007.
- Holmen Hallsta, UPM Kymi, and SE Anjalankoski
insert the CLICS before the winder and possesses a positive reputation.
- SE Anjalankoski bought the first fully automatic CLISC which installed directly after the core cutter and transported automatically to the new WinBelt winder.
- UPM Kymi Paper use 71 and 76 mm CLICS in their WinRoll multistation winder.
If you are intersted in this product, samples for trial can be made at Core Link.
【Core groover】
Connecting cores with mating grooves in the core ends is a safe method to avoid bouncing and core eccentricity. The patented technique is a joint development between Metso Paper and Core Link
【Core recycling systems】
Core Link has created a more efficient method of core gluing. Their technique restores the cores to homogeneous units with optimum strength. This gluing process has become increasingly common, as the reuse of cores results in cost savings, improved working conditions as well as reduced environmental impact.
Efficient core gluing can be integrated into a paper mill process and customized in various ways, depending on the requirements and prerequisites.
- This technique is one example of how Core Link utilizes its long-term experience creating new methods that increase productivity in the paper industry.
These products will be introduced at seminar at Japan TAPPI in October. If you are interested in these products, please do not hesitate to visit our seminar.
