During wrapping process, the patented suction box smoothes away creases which may occur in wrapping paper and pulls back the tails of wrapping paper to achieve tight and wrinkle-free packing quality.
Since girth wrapping and edge crimping are carried out simultaneously, deckle edge is clear and surface is flat. Different sizes of inner head and outer head are selectable through turntable.
Totally 5 industrial robots are installed for fully automatic operation, including one 6-axis robot for inner head discs, two 6-axis robots for outer head discs, another two 6 axis robots for label application on the roll girth surface and edge.
PE laminate-coated outer head is pressed and heat glued by heat press units from both sides.
4 shaftless unwind stands are for different sizes of wrapping paper. |
