Maruishi Co., Ltd has just developed a testing machine for
the patented Skid Dust Removal, which enables Maruishi to
demonstrate its customers dust removal functions based on
the customers' own products and their specific needs.
The Dust Removal machine is designed for dust removal from
skids. Instead of hard manual work, the machine automatically
cleans out dust from the perimetric sides (right, left, front
and rear) of skids, uniformly & synchronously, with rotary
brush and vacuum unit. Production capacity is 30 - 60 skids/hr.
depending on different specifications. This machine can be
installed off - line or in - line to integrate with automatic
skid packing machine. The machine can remove the dust even
with tape-inserted skids.
Main advantages compared with dust removal by hand brush:
1. Dust can be removed uniformly and simultaneously from 4
sides of skids;
2. Full automatic operation and labor-saving machines;
3. Dust can be cleaned out from paper more thoroughly than
manual hand brush;
4. Dust will not disperse or scatter around during dust brushing
and suctioning;
5. Dust is collected together by fine filter after suction
cleaning;
Since the Testing Machine is designed and built as one actual
Dust Removal machine, it can surely demonstrate the same functions
as the actual dust removal operation at mill site.
The testing machine was already used for several Japanese
companies and showed the effective result. For lower production
capacity, Maruishi can offer tailor-made machines with smaller
number of brushes.
