Maruishi has manufactured 23 folio sheeters under the license agreement with Bielomatik for folio sheeters since 1989. The license agreement was renewed in June 2005. Under the renewed license, Maruishi just finished manufacturing the first folio sheeter at Maruishi workshop, ready to deliver to Oji Paper Kasugai Mill.
This sheeter has 12 unwinds, 6 zero speed splicers, max. 8 webs for one-time cutting operation. Twin slitters ensure high-speed production with high basis weight paper. Design speed is 400 m/min. with max. width 2250mm.
Knife drive adopts electrical direct drive system, and suction box and catch belt system at overlap section keep stable operation. Single type speed piler can change to a new pile with full operation speed, but no need to reject paper. Also, empty pallets are automatically fed by pallet magazine. |
