New Pallet Packing Machine by Kraft Paper

Maruishi has developed high speed skid packing system that is characterized by full automation, lower material cost and tailor-made designs according to the customer's needs.

Semi-automatic or fully automatic systems are available, with capacity max. 50`60 pallets/hr.
Tight wrapping attained with special Kraft folding mechanism.
This machine system has already been patented in 10 countries around the world.

Main features:

1. Based on the bar code information, wrapping paper can be automatically chosen from different wrapping rolls up to four sizes.
2. Skids are tightly and neatly wrapped by using automatic pressing device, special pressure roll on turn table.
3. No need for separate wrapping cap due to automatic top folding mechanism.
4. No product deforming during transportation on conveyors controlled by inverter
5. Maruishi can supply the entire system from the bar code reader at the entrance to the automatic banding machine at the exit
6. High liability & high capacity
   

Maruishi NM-1400 High-speed Ream Wrapping Machine for coated paper has been shipped to Shinmoorim Paper MFG. Co. Ltd in South Korea. Shinmoorim Paper MFG. Co. Ltd is located at Chinju City.

This new machine is a repeated order by this Korean customer to Maruishi. It already departed from Shimizu seaport in the middle of March, and installation will start in the beginning of April, 2002.

This new delivery concludes Maruishi 125th order for ream wrapping machines in the international market. As Maruishi bestseller, this machine clearly demonstrates the company concept "simple machines for high productivity".
