Maruishi delivered machines to a total finishing room of one 1200 ton/yr. project by APRIL Kerinci mill. This delivery package from Maruishi includes 2 ream wrapping machine and 3 skid packing machines, two for folio skid packing and one for cut-size paper.
Pallet Shrink wrapping machine adopts curtain-film system. The upper part of girth packing film is automatically folded and sealed with a heat-sealing bar. Afterwards, shrink-heating is curried out approximately 30 second in heat oven. After shrinking, the skid is pressed with 2 ton cooling press.
Automatically A4 sized production label is put on surface of the skid by fully automatic operation. Two units of PET banding machines are installed and they are selectable by delivery requests. Two skid packing machines for fine paper and one for PPC cut-size paper are identical with the same design.
Moreover, two ream wrapping machines are installed right after Folio sheeter. Empty pallets from the feeding section are automatically forwarded by shuttle conveyor to the stacking section. Also, each ream is numbered by video jet at the ream side.
Discharged skids from the stacking section are transferred to skid wrapping machine online. |
