Deliveres 1st Pallet Robotic Fork System in Japan.

On February, under the license agreement with Reker Maschinenbau GmbH in Germany, Maruishi is ready to deliver the Pallet Robotic Fork system to one Japanese paper company. This fully automatic robot system is also the first machine ever made in Japan.

Pallet Robotic Fork system is usually installed in the area after pallet is discharged from Folio sheeter. To replace of any forklifts or operators, such robotic system can automatically remove each skid from sheeter and transport it to the next packing station. Smooth robotic operation can also eliminate the deforming of paper stacks. The robotic system can handle the skids up to 3 Folio sheeters.

The features are...

  1. Fully robotic operation without operators;
  2. No need for forklift handling;
  3. Labor saving
  4. Customer-tailored design for pallet discharge direction;
  5. No damage to paper by forklift (No paper deforming or damage)
  6. No risks or dangers posed to forklift operators; (full safety)

This machine system is best recommended to paper companies that possess Folio sheeters.
