Maruishi delivered 4 sets of PE-shrink skid wrapping machines
to APP Ningbo mill. All machines passed APP strict operation
test with satisfactory results and started actual production
at the end of Jan. 2005.
Total skid wrapping capacity is 320 skids/hr., 80 skids/hr.
x 4 machines, equipped for 2500 ton/day board production,
which is the world's largest high speed skid wrapping operation
for one single project.
Characterized by curtain-type system with fully automatic
size change, special film folding system design and very efficient
shrink oven, this skid wrapping system can ensure high-speed
operation and so tight wrapping that no PET or steel band
is needed for packed skids.
In 2004, Maruishi also delivered one set of PE-shrink skid
wrapping machine (60 skids/hour) to Sun paper in Shandong
Province, China. This machine already passed acceptance test
and in stable production now.
