In January 2009, Maruishi just delivered a medium-speed compact type ream wrapping machine to the Eastern Industrial Co., Ltd. in Thailand.
This delivery to Thailand is a single-piler system, with max. operation speed of 10 reams/ min, fully automatic wrapping process with only one operator for feeding reams. Specially designed wrapping mechanism and straight stacking ensure good wrapping quality and high productivity.
In the meantime, another three sets of ream wrapping machines are delivered to MCC Paper Yinhe Co., Ltd, in Shandong Province, China in mid-February 2009.
In the coming months of 2009, another high-speed ream wrapping machine will be delivered to Fujian Nanping Paper Co., Ltd. in South China, another 3 ream wrapping machine to The West Coast Paper Mills Ltd. in India, plus another 5 High speed ream wrapping machines and 1 skid wrapping machine to Oji Paper Nantong mill in China.
The total delivered record of Maruishi ream wrapping machines add up to 160 machines, including 14 new ream wrapping machine orders only in 2008.
It’s particularly noted that our ream wrapping machine deliveries to China has increased sharply in the past five years, with totally 23 sets of ream wrapping machines to customers around China.
Maruishi is working intensively in an effort to export more and better machines to our customers around the world.
