Maruishi delivered the third Bielomatik-Jagenberg folio sheeter to Nippon paper Ishinomaki Mill.
Prior to delivery, actual machine load test was carried out after machine assembly at Maruishi workshop.
Machine width is 2250mm, design speed 400m/min. 8 unwind stands are installed with speed wind type for quick roll change. Knife drive is AC direct drive type and the pile is a single no-reject piler system, as so-called speed piler.
Under the license agreement with Bielomatik, Maruishi has already manufactured 3 sets of the latest Bielomatik-Jagenberg sheeters within this year
The first machine was delivered to Oji paper Kasugai mill, the second machine to Kishu paper and this is the third machine as detailed above.
