Maruishi is contracted to deliver two sets of the world's
largest high speed kraft roll wrapping machines to APP Gold
East Paper in China. The first machine was already shipped
out in Dec. 2004 as scheduled and the second machine ready
for shipment in Feb. 2005.
Before the first machine shipment, pre-delivery test operation
and inspection was done in Maruishi workshop. Wrapping capacity
for the two machines is 300 rolls/hr., used for APP Gold East
3000 ton/day coated paper roll production, which is the largest
wrapping production for one single project.
Maruishi kraft roll wrapping process is featured with patented
suction box that gives backward tension to wrapper tail to
ensure tight wrapping and erase wrapper wrinkles during high
speed operation. Inner head, outer head and labeler are applied
by 4 sets of 6-axial robots and 2 manipulators, which accomplish
fully automatic production process.
Maruishi once delivered kraft wrapping machines to Japanese
customers like Mitsubishi paper, Hokuetsu Paper and Chuetsu
Pulp, also to Nine Dragons Paper Industries Co., Ltd in China
in 2003 (1200 ton/ day). Moreover, Maruishi can offer Super
High speed wrapping machine 170-180 rolls/hour in the future.
