Following the previous TOSHIBA five-face processing machine, Maruishi just introduced another five-face processing machine, which is the latest model from Okuma. Now, it is installed in our head office workshop in Fuji, Japan.
Table size is 2m (W), 5m (L), much bigger than the previous TOSHIBA machine. All auto size change tool can be set 72 pcs and it is facilitated with automatic tool damage detector. This latest machine is equipped with self-diagnosis system, full auto tip discharge, and high stiffness and digital automatic control etc. All these functions ensure high accuracy and high speed machining process.
This newest processing machine has obviously increased our current machining capacity in Fuji factory.
