Maruishi received an order from APP Ningbo Mill in China in
2003 for 4 sets of Shrink-film Skid Packing machines for 2500ton/day
coated board production, which is the largest in the world.
The machine will be delivered in the spring of 2004. The wrapping
machines have high-speed automatic operation with each line
production capacity up to 80skids/hour.
Main machine configuration features automatic centering and
scale, top film automatic supply, automatic girth wrapping,
automatic folding and sealing of top film, high heat-recovery
shrinking oven, hi-tech automation system, etc.
After pallet wrapping, Maruishi high-speed lowerator takes
down two skids each time to downstairs that is 8m lower than
machine floor level. Then, pallets are transferred to discharge
conveyor.
Before each shipment, Maruishi will follow up strict pre-delivery
procedures, starting from total machine assembly, I/O check
and quality inspection, test run with actual load, customer
training and so on, everything done at Maruishi head office
mill.
All equipments are going to be delivered to China in early
April, 2004.
